Administrator Annual Refresher Webinar

Gain an in-depth understanding of new features, including best practices and effects on workflow. Following the webinar, a test will be e-mailed to each trainee. The test must be completed and returned to the trainer within the specified time frame.

For ASPs and CSPs, annual refresher training is required to maintain Accreditation and meet License Agreement requirements. This requirement can be met by attending and passing the annual refresher webinar or by attending the full Administrator Training.

Note:

• If you wish to train additional or new administration staff, then the full administrator training is required.
• For ASPs and CSPs, the annual refresher must be completed with 12 months of your previous training. Please refer to your agreement with iCONECT for additional details regarding training and staffing requirements.
• To maintain your Accreditation, you must submit the webinar test within the specified time frame and pass the test. If you submit the test late or do not pass, you will be required to pay to attend another annual refresher webinar.
