Administrator Training

Learn the underlying fundamentals of good database design, working with images and native files, and overall best practices for setting up and maintaining your iCONECT system. This course also covers end user features to help you troubleshoot end user questions and help your staff optimize workflow.

After you complete this course, you will receive Accreditation good for one year. A laptop is required for each person attending this course.

New iCONECT clients can send up to two more staff to take the Administrator Training at no charge within 12 months of completing the initial training. After 12 months, the usual training fees apply. This offer is available to new clients who have signed their license agreement with iCONECT after June 1, 2009.

Note:

  • You must maintain a minimum of 2 staff members for the first iCONECT system plus 1 staff member per additional iCONECT system who have completed iCONECT Administrator Training (e.g., if you have 3 systems, you need 2 trained staff for the first system, 1 for the second system, and 1 for the third system 1 - 4 trained staff members in total).
  • Administrator training must be completed prior to the initial iCONECT license request. For ASPs/CSPs, Annual Refresher Administrator Training must also be completed each year.
