Administrator Training at iCONECT

Administrator training gives you the skills and knowledge to successfully use iCONECT as your review and hosting software.

Available for: ASPs, CSPs, Law Firms, Corporations, Government Agencies, and Consultants.

Course Description

This three-day course provides in-depth administrator and end user training, including the underlying fundamentals of good database design, working with images and native files, and overall best practices.

Once you have completed this course, you will receive Accreditation good for one year.

A laptop is needed for each person attending this course.

Three-Day Training Information, Location and Directions

Note: A minimum of 2 administrator-trained staff members must be maintained for your first iCONECT system, plus 1 administrator-trained staff member per additional iCONECT system. For example, if you have 3 systems, you need 2 administrator-trained staff members for the first system, 1 for the second system, and 1 for the third system — 4 administrator-trained staff members in total. Administrator training must be completed prior to your initial iCONECT license purchase. For ASPs/CSPs, annual refresher training must also be completed.

Annual Refresher Training at iCONECT

For ASPs and CSPs, annual refresher training is required to maintain your Accreditation and License Agreement requirements. You have the option of attending the 1-day annual refresher training (see below) or attending the full 3-day course.

To attend the 1-day course, you must meet the following qualifications:

• You must complete annual refresher training within 12 months of your previous training.
• You must still be with the same firm that you were a member of when you completed your previous training.

Refresher Training Information, Location and Directions

Note:

• If you do not qualify as stated above, then the 3-day administrator training is required.
• If you wish to train additional or new staff, then the 3-day administrator training is required.
• In all cases, you are responsible for your own travel expenses.
• For ASPs and CSPs, refer to your agreement with iCONECT for additional details regarding training and staffing requirements. Annual refresher training is only available at the Redondo Beach, CA location.

3-Day Administrator Training in Redondo: $1200 per person

1-Day Annual Refresher Training in Manhattan Beach: $1000 per person
