Onsite Administrator Training
Onsite training gives you the flexibility to have staff trained at your location to gain the skills and knowledge to successfully use iCONECT as your key litigation support software.

Course Description
This is a two-day course where our trainer will visit your location to provide in-depth administrator training. This includes the underlying fundamentals of good database design, working with images and native files, and overall best practices.
Once you have completed this course, you will receive Accreditation good for one year.
Prior to the onsite visit, attendees must participate in a 3-hour Webinar to cover end user functionality.
Note: A minimum of 2 administrator-trained staff members must be maintained for your first iCONECT system, plus 1 administrator-trained staff member per additional iCONECT system. For example, if you have 3 systems, you need 2 administrator-trained staff members for the first system, 1 for the second system, and 1 for the third system — 4 administrator-trained staff members in total. Administrator training must be completed prior to your initial iCONECT license purchase. For CSPs, annual refresher training must also be completed.
Onsite Training Requirements
The client is responsible for providing a training facility equipped with the following:
- Projector
- White Board & Markers
- Wired High Speed Internet for all students (not wireless)
- PC or laptop per student
Note: Once class has started, students cannot be disturbed during training session or certification will not be valid.
