Project Manager Training

Designed for existing Project Managers with limited or no iCONECT experience, this course teaches how to best utilize iCONECT end user features such as concept searching, e-mail grouping, Unicode support, and bulk tagging to optimize client workflow. In addition, an overview of database setup and security customization features enables you to more effectively discuss project setup options with clients.
