Starting a new project? Encourage your staff and end users to attend our webinars to learn best practices and get the most out of iCONECT. Experienced users also benefit by learning about new features such as Concept Searching integration, Unicode compatibility, and Native File Viewer enhancements.

Course Length: Webinars are taught every Friday for one hour.

Price: No charge

Webinar Topics: The webinars are taught in groups of four, over a four-week period. The topics for each week are listed below:

Week 1: Case Portal and Database Window Overview

  • iCONECTnXT interface and Unicode overview (Unicode support discussed each week).
  • Centralize your contacts list, events calendar, and tasks list.
  • Access shared files, and use concatenation to work with multiple databases at one time.

Week 2: Searching, Foldering, Coding, Reviewing

  • Save time by using effective search strategies. Avoid searching pitfalls.
  • Streamline your workflow with Document Groups, Word Marking, review templates, and folders.
  • Instantly check review progress with a Review Stats report. Retrieve your "not reviewed" documents so you can pick up where you left off.

Week 3: Images, Native Files, and Editing

  • View or annotate images (highlight, stamp, black out text, draw lines, and add searchable sticky notes).
  • View native files with no special software required.
  • Best practices for editing documents, including the use of templates and lookup lists.

Week 4: Reporting, Exporting, and Productions

  • Create focused reports by including only relevant fields and the text surrounding search hits.
  • Leverage your existing software by learning how to export documents and images from iCONECTnXT to your favorite trial presentation or case analysis software.
  • Batch print and create CD/DVD productions with customized headers and footers.
